Safety is Priority One at AMPAM Parks Mechanical. Workplace safety is considered one of our most important investments, and we dedicate substantial resources to it every day.
In fact, AMPAM’s comprehensive safety program is considered one of the best in the industry by our loss prevention advisors, and as evidenced by our safety statistics. It includes ongoing education and on-the-job training designed to protect the safety of our employees, customers and the public.
We elevate awareness, and instill confidence so that our team is qualified to respond to safety issues effectively during emergencies. Our focus is accident prevention, with the goal of ZERO incidents.
Our principals, including CEO Buddy Parks, President John Parks, and CFO James Wright, are involved at a hands-on level, and monitor our safety results daily. James leads the Executive Safety Committee, a group that meets monthly to review ongoing safety-related practices and statistics. Since workplace safety is always changing, we strive to keep our both our field and office teams up-to-date on the latest developments.
AMPAM has a team of trained safety specialists on staff. Our safety professionals understand the importance of spending time in the field observing and coaching foremen and crew members daily. We understand that behavioral modification is the best method to use in achieving our “safety first” culture, and promote it on all of our work sites.
AMPAM Parks Mechanical lives the “safety first” culture every day. All members of our Executive Safety Committee have worked in the field during their careers. They have true understanding of and respect for our job and crew members. This helps ensure our team performs work safely each and every day, and is committed to ongoing safety and a 100% accident-free workplace.
