Ground Breaks on San Jose Mixed-Use Multifamily Community

Work Underway on The Platform

Unprecedented growth continues in tech powerhouse San Jose, where ground just broke on the city’s largest planned mixed-use development to date. Work is now underway on The Platform, a multifamily community with 551 units and extensive retail space located near the Berryessa BART, a new transit station scheduled to open in June 2018.

This is one of many projects AMPAM Parks Mechanical is working on with multifamily development firm Western National. The progressive project will offer a modern yet affordable, amenity-rich lifestyle to families seeking a home with a simplified commute to major employers in California.
