AMPAM Executive Recruiter Alan Elmont attended the inaugural Construction Project Management Career Day on Saturday, March 3, at California State University Dominguez Hills. The career fair took place on Cal State’s campus in the College of Extended and International Education.

AMPAM Recruiter Alan Elmont at Cal State Career DayThe program featured a series of workshops including a resume writing class, a session on developing interview skills, and one on leadership in practice. Networking opportunities offered students the chance to engage, and some to interview, with prominent Los Angeles construction companies including AMPAM, Swinerton and C.W. Driver.

“It was a good event, and we found several promising candidates,” said Elmont, “I look forward to attending more career days like this. It’s a great way to find talented and motivated prospective employees for our growing organization.”
