01 Feb AMPAM Welcomes Project Manager, Don Carter, To PMO Team
AMPAM Parks Mechanical is pleased to welcome Don Carter as a Project Manager in our Carson, California office. Don brings experience managing construction of Type III and Type V multi-family projects of up to 500+ units, including building podiums, wraps, slab-on-grade and multi-use projects. His specialties include all aspects of multifamily construction management, development and purchasing.
Don joins us with the ability to supervise project construction – a vast array of expertise that embraces project staffing, assembling and leading project subcontractor teams, contract buy-outs and administration, and procuring building permits. His skills also include managing construction budgets, generating interior/exterior specifications, value engineering, construction installations, and management with quality and liability control.
